When I asked Nataliya and Nathan what some of their top priorities in their wedding day design were, they said: Flowers, Ukrainian and Mexican traditions, food, and the entertainment. Just hearing their answers got me excited. I knew this was going to be a beautiful wedding, full of love, culture, and meaning. After digging more into their story (they met over coffee, and so we incorporated a coffee bar at their reception), we created a beautiful Mood Board that included shades of burgundy, ivory, navy, and gold. With Statice Event Design designing incredible floral arrangements, finding the perfect rentals and details from Professional Party Rentals, and with the catering staff from the Cliffs, everything was perfectly fitted for Nataliya and Nathan. And Uptown Entertainment definitely brought the entertainment by keeping the dance floor packed and entertaining guests with their mirror photo booth.
Homage was paid to both cultures throughout the event, from ceremony traditions to food to decor, and finally to their traditional Ukrainian attire that they exited in. My personal favorite moment during their ceremony was when both sets of parents prayed over them and you could hear multiple languages throughout the chapel, murmuring in unison. It was a beautiful moment, one that is sure to impress its memory on our team’s hearts for years.
Josh Jones captured the day beautifully, and I am so excited to share some of our favorite images with you!
Nataliya and Nathan, thank you so much for allowing Bespoken to play a role in your special day. It was truly an honor.
