April Favorites | Monthly Round-Up | Bespoken Wedding Planner

How is April over already? This month was full of so much goodness. And as promised, here is a monthly round-up of all the things I've loved during April.

Favorite wedding: This urban garden wedding in Arizona. Because sometimes simple and minimalism with a combo of a boho vibe is the most beautiful.

Favorite Instagram account:  @artbymeganBecause this girl can paint.

Favorite book:  Wild and Free by Jess Connolly and Hayley Morgan | I received and advance reader copy of this book as part of their Launch Team, and I could. not. put. this. book. down. They're actually still taking pre-orders (with some awesome bundles) until May 3, so make sure you snag one.

Favorite girl boss(es):  Brooke and Dana with Love Detailed. These two are super sweet, super knowledgeable, and super encouraging. Also - they're rocking their business AND helping others.

Favorite wedding cake: Hands down, this one from Sweet Cheeks Baking co, styled by The Dainty Lion, and spotted on Inspired By This.

Favorite engagement session:  This one. Because she wore two custom gorgeous gowns.

Favorite marble-top side table:  This super cool one from Anthropologie, spotted on Megan Runion's Instagram.

Favorite bridal shower:  This gorgeous Charleston Styled Bridal Shower with hints of pink and gray throughout the decor.

Favorite eyeshadow:  Naked Basics by Urban Decay. Best shadow ever. It's my daily go-to.

Favorite wedding invitation suite: This one by Letter and Ink in the Modern Bohemian Wedding Inspiration Shoot on Green Wedding Shoes. Pink. Modern. Watercolor. LOVE.

Monthly Round-Up

Bespoken Monthly Round-Up www.bespokenweddings.com

How is March is already over??? I had a month of goodness. From spending my birthday with friends and loved ones to being showered with such thoughtful gifts and time together to a weeklong beach vacation to relax and recharge...I'm feeling very grateful and ready for the wedding season.

April is a good month for a fresh start, so I'm going to start rounding up some of my favorite things from the month...things that caught my eye...and hope that you find them valuable and inspiring, too. Enjoy! And Happy April!

Favorite wedding:  Rolene and D'Niel Strauss' Wedding | The reigning Miss World got married in February. Their wedding was a classic, elegant, and timeless one that will leave you dreaming of your own wedding.

Favorite skincare product:  Tarte Marine Boosting 4-in-1 Mist | I actually received this in a little kit when I exchanged my Insider Beauty Rewards at Sephora. This product is refreshing. It's a primer, makeup setting spray, hydrating mist, and skin refresher. It smells fresh, and it makes my skin feel amazing.

Favorite perfume:  Chanel Chance Eau de Tendre | With a mix of grapefruit, jasmine, and white musk, this perfume is delicate with a little vibrance and a hint of a light floral trail. It's a keeper and perfect for Spring.

Favorite Instagram account:  Jane Johnson | I've been following Jane for a few years now, and stumbled on her How to Study Scripture tutorial long before she made it into an ebook (this is a game changer when it comes to digging into the Word). Not only is she a photographer in Hawaii who loves Jesus, but she also posts beautiful photos with inspiring and completely relatable posts.

Favorite wedding invitation suite:  Seaside Inspiration Invitation Suite by Sea Calligraphy | Simple, yet stunning.

Favorite Newlywed Photo Shoot:  An Intimate At-Home Newlywed Shoot by Kayla Coleman | I love engagement photos. I think they're a great way for a couple to get to know their photographers while getting some professionally made photos together. But this at-home newly wed shoot is so intimate and comfortable that this may become my new favorite.

Favorite book:  Scary Close by Donald Miller | As a long-time fan of Mr. Miller, I waited longer than I wanted to read this book. This memoir walks the reader through his decisions to stop trying to please everyone and instead, start trying to be authentic and building meaningful, intimate relationships with people.

Favorite girl boss:  B is for Bonnie | Bonnie is an inspiring and encouraging designer and small business coach who helps businesses build authenticity in their brands.

Favorite tv show:  Fixer-Upper | Because, really...who doesn't love watching Chip and Joanna Gaines turn something ugly into something so stunning? Plus, these two have a strong marriage, and I will cheer that on any day.

Favorite Spring To-Do List (+ a printable Spring Cleaning List!):  The Glitter Guide's How to Spring Clean in One Day | The gals over at The Glitter Guide have given readers a printable Spring Cleaning Checklist. They also link over to another post that includes a list of 20 Things to Do This Spring...and I can't decide which one I like more!

I'm excited for April!
